Antalya has a well-deserved reputation as a tourism destination, thanks to the area\u2019s amazing nature and history and it is among the first places if one wants to spend a holiday. But even in Antalya, there are locales that are off the beaten track: Our route starts in Wisdom Valley and continues to Kekova, with its sunken city. Then, we head to the \u00c7\u0131\u011fl\u0131kara Forest, famous for its two-thousand-year-old Lebanese cedars. After a break along the shore of Sazak Bay, we explore Oymap\u0131nar Lake and the trekking routes around it. In addition to being one of the area\u2019s longest beaches, Patara Beach is also close to the ancient city of Patara. From the seaside: A 5-day Aegean route<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The summer of 2024 might just be the perfect time for a whirlwind tour of the Aegean coast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started the route with an exploration of the history, nature and cuisine of Assos, a summer destination preferred by many \u2013 the next stop is the Kaz Mountains. After revitalizing in the peaceful Kazda\u011f\u0131 National Park, we visit Ayval\u0131k, with its historical houses and streets, wonderful views, and cycling and walking routes. The next day, we head to Izmir to discover its famed street food, as well as its beaches, bays, and ancient cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last day of the tour is reserved for Bodrum, the capital of purple flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
