Hatila National Park is considered one of the most stunning places to connect with the sky \u2013 and certainly one of the best spots in T\u00fcrkiye to observe the stars. Campsites are available in the park \u2013 for some serious star-gazing, visitors can pitch a tent near the Hatila Stream and enjoy the view. This beautiful national park is in the Eastern Black Sea Region, just 10 kilometers from the Artvin<\/a> city center!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extending across a lush landscape of 21,300 hectares in the northern part of Edremit Bay, Mount Ida was considered a sacred place in antiquity; it was even described in Homer\u2019s Iliad<\/em>. Enhanced by its mystical quality, the mountain\u2019s beautiful nature makes it a popular destination for camping, trekking and observing the night skies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To reach Mount Ida, you can purchase a ticket to Bal\u0131kesir<\/a> and rent a car at the airport. Alternatively, you can arrange a private transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sivri Da\u011f National Park, Antalya<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sivri Da\u011f National Park \u2013 another sky-watching area \u2013 is easily accessible, at less than 10 kilometers from Antalya\u2019s Konyaalt\u0131 neighborhood. The slopes of Sivri Da\u011f, one of the highest peaks in the Beyda\u011flar\u0131, arise from the park, giving it an otherworldly ambiance. The park is   one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s most stunning sky observatories \u2013 and a terrific route for camping.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a quick retreat from urban life, you can book a flight to Antalya<\/a> and rent a car at the airport. Or simply take a taxi to the Sivri Da\u011f National Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
