Set in the icy waters of the North Atlantic amid a rare marine ecosystem, Under means both “under” and “miracle” in Norwegian. You may have heard of the Dinner in the Sky experience, which comes to life in different cities worldwide. In the Belgian incarnation, guests are lifted to a height of 150 feet via a 120-ton crane and the festivities begin. In the mechanism, where diners are secured to their chairs with seat belts and the chef is within a harness, 32 guests can be hosted apart from the staff. Meals are prepared in an open kitchen surrounded by tables. Dinner in the Sky, which we can count among the most extraordinary dining experiences in the world, is presented in Kuala Lumpur, Riyadh, and Singapore.
