When you visit Uluda\u011f for a ski holiday, don\u2019t miss out seeing gorgeous snowy vistas from above: Bursa Teleferik, T\u00fcrkiye’s first cable car, departs from Teferr\u00fc\u00e7 central station and transports passengers to Kad\u0131yayla, Sar\u0131alan, and the Hotels Region, located near the ski slopes.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teferr\u00fc\u00e7 central station is a bustling hub with a 240-car parking lot, as well as shops and caf\u00e9s. The station is easily reached via public transportation or private vehicle and the cable car ride to the ski center takes around 30 minutes, though you can also disembark at earlier stations. Tahtal\u0131 Mountain, Antalya<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n Antalya is home to one of T\u00fcrkiye’s most magnificent cable car lines: the Tahtal\u0131 Cable Car (Antalya Olympos cable car), which takes visitors up to the spectacular peak of Tahtal\u0131 Mountain, in Beyda\u011flar\u0131 National Park. At 2,365 meters, Tahtal\u0131 is the region’s highest peak near the sea. This amazing cable car ride starts from the lower station, nestled amid the lush flora of the national park. It takes about ten minutes to get from the 726-meter-high lower station to the 2,365-meter-high summit station, with spectacular views from the huge windows of the cabins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Bal\u00e7ova, \u0130zmir<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n Established in 1974, \u0130zmir Teleferik underwent renovations in 2015. Located directly across from the Izmir University of Economics, \u0130zmir Teleferik stands out among T\u00fcrkiye’s cable car routes thanks to its wonderful nature views. The cable car comprises 20 cabins, each of which can accommodate a maximum of eight passengers. The ride takes around three minutes and provides 360-degree vistas. Even for frequent visitors to the Aegean and Izmir, the cable car is a special treat, featuring aerial views of the city and the sea. The ride is popular among the city\u2019s residents as well as tourists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Pierre Loti Tepesi, \u0130stanbul<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n Because Istanbul and Pierre Loti Hill are both world-class tourist destinations, the Ey\u00fcp-Pierre Loti line (TF2) is one of the most popular cable car routes in T\u00fcrkiye. A ride on the TF2 is a delightful activity for city residents and tourists, offering fabulous views of the Golden Horn. TF2 has two stations: Ey\u00fcp Sultan Station, near the Golden Horn; and Pierre Loti Station, in front of the famous Pierre Loti Tea Garden. Each cabin can accommodate up to eight passengers and the ride between the two stations takes around two minutes. Visitors also use the cable car from Ey\u00fcp to reach the caf\u00e9 atop Pierre Loti Hill, which also has sea views. One of T\u00fcrkiye’s most popular cable car routes for winter tourism, Paland\u00f6ken Ski Center features chairlifts, ski lifts, baby lifts, and gondolas; chairlifts and gondolas ascend to the summit. In the winter, you can enjoy stunning vistas of snow-covered terrain, while summers present lovely green landscapes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Boztepe, Ordu<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n The cable car route connecting Alt\u0131nordu and Boztepe offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Black Sea’s natural beauty. The picturesque trek from sea level to a height of 510 meters takes around seven and a half minutes, with wonderful sea views. We definitely suggest bringing your camera! \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sapanca, Sakarya<\/b><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n The lush green of Sapanca, as well as the famed Sapanca Lake, demand to be seen from above; accordingly, the region\u2019s cable car services are well-known among T\u00fcrkiye’s cable car lines. The luxurious cabins, which have 360-degree views, can accommodate up to eight passengers. During the 10-minute ascent, you\u2019ll see glimpses of Sapanca Lake and a magnificent green paradise. The Sapanca cable car line has two stations, both of which provide food and beverage facilities as well as souvenir stores.
