Urla lies west of \u0130zmir, at the beginning of the \u00c7e\u015fme Peninsula, with a coastline of around 40 kilometers extending from Kalabak to Bal\u0131kl\u0131ova. The district has many public beaches that are part of the official bathing water monitoring network. Some are featured on municipal and tourism websites, while others are lesser-known natural coves. In the 2026 season, six beaches in Urla received Blue Flag status. Bus lines 738 and 984 operate along the \u00c7e\u015fmealt\u0131\u2013\u0130skele\u2013Kalabak route, while line 733 serves the southern coves, and finally lines 734, 762, and 981 cover the northwestern route. Since entrance fees, opening hours, and available facilities are not officially published for most beaches, it is best to check the latest information with the relevant beach or municipality before your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
