E\u011fitimler genellikle 18 \u2013 24 ay aras\u0131nda tamamlanabiliyor. Bu e\u011fitimden sonra hava yolu nakliye pilotu lisans\u0131 (ATPL Frozen) al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu lisansa sahip pilotlar u\u00e7ak tipine g\u00f6re u\u00e7ak tip e\u011fitimi al\u0131yorlar. Bu e\u011fitim de yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 ila 6 ay aras\u0131nda s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ard\u0131ndan ikinci pilot olarak u\u00e7maya hak kazan\u0131l\u0131yor. Yani yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 y\u0131lda hava yolu nakliye pilotu lisans\u0131 (ATPL Frozen) ald\u0131m. 6 ayl\u0131k u\u00e7ak tipi e\u011fitiminden sonra da ortalama 2 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda ikinci pilot olarak u\u00e7maya ba\u015flad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#ebebeb;color:#ebebeb\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peki T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 U\u00e7u\u015f Akademisi\u2019nde ba\u015fvurudan itibaren s\u00fcre\u00e7 nas\u0131l i\u015fliyor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131ktan sonra kriterleri sa\u011flay\u0131p sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kontrol ediliyor. \u0130ngilizce kriterini sa\u011flam\u0131yorsan\u0131z \u015firketimiz bir \u0130ngilizce s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131yor bildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla. Daha sonra benim ilana ba\u015fvurdu\u011fum d\u00f6nemde DLR (bir Alman Havac\u0131l\u0131k Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc) \u015fimdi ise <em>psikometrik s\u0131nava<\/em><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>davet ediliyorsunuz. DLR s\u0131nav\u0131na ger\u00e7ekten&nbsp; zaman ay\u0131rarak 2 hafta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak gerekiyor. Tabii matematik ve fizik s\u0131navlar\u0131 i\u00e7in temel bilimler en son lisede g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir aday i\u00e7in bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi uzayabilir. Fakat yine de DLR sorular\u0131n lisede matematik ve fizik g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir aday\u0131n cevaplayabilece\u011fi sorular oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. DLR, \u201cBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin ard\u0131ndan insan psikomotor ve g\u00f6rsel, i\u015fitsel haf\u0131za olarak kendi kapasitesinin %95\u2019ine ula\u015f\u0131r,\u201d diyor. Bu s\u00fcrecin ard\u0131ndan havac\u0131l\u0131k psikolojisi alan\u0131nda uzman hocalar\u0131n ve insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesi oluyor. Sonra insan kaynaklar\u0131 m\u00fclakat\u0131na ge\u00e7iyorsunuz. En son sa\u011fl\u0131k muayenesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor ve ard\u0131ndan al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#ebebeb;color:#ebebeb\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftikten sonra u\u00e7u\u015f e\u011fitiminin s\u00fcresi adaya g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor mu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aday\u0131n performans\u0131 ne kadar iyi olsa da s\u00fcrecin h\u0131zlanamayan&nbsp; taraflar\u0131 da var. \u00d6rne\u011fin hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn boyunca iyi denk gelmezse u\u00e7am\u0131yorsunuz. Bunlardan biri de tabii ki T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 U\u00e7u\u015f Akademisi. Akademide her sene yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.turkishairlines.com\/acik-pozisyonlar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilot aday aday\u0131 (Take-off Cadet) ilan\u0131<\/a> a\u00e7\u0131yoruz. Sonras\u0131nda pilotlu\u011fun hayalimdeki meslek oldu\u011funa emin olmu\u015ftum. Sonra amat\u00f6r havac\u0131l\u0131kla da ilgilenmeye ba\u015flad\u0131m. Ancak e\u011fitimin t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131 heyecanl\u0131 ve disiplinleraras\u0131 bir meslek hakk\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli yeni bir \u015feyler \u00f6\u011frenerek ge\u00e7iyor, diyebilirim. \u00d6zellikle zorlay\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ilk yaln\u0131z u\u00e7u\u015funuz ve rotan\u0131z\u0131 kendinizin planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 seyr\u00fcsefer u\u00e7u\u015flar \u00e7ok keyifli oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#ebebeb;color:#ebebeb\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peki ilk yaln\u0131z u\u00e7u\u015funuz nas\u0131ld\u0131? Bence hi\u00e7bir pilot ilk yaln\u0131z u\u00e7u\u015funu unutamaz zaten. Benim de unutamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir an olmu\u015ftu. Gergin hissediyorsunuz tabii ki ama bir yandan da \u00f6\u011fretmen pilotlar o zamana kadar sizi g\u00f6zlemlemi\u015f oluyor asl\u0131nda. Yaln\u0131z u\u00e7abilip u\u00e7amayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131za karar veriyorlar. Do\u011fal olarak onlar sizin art\u0131k yaln\u0131z u\u00e7abilece\u011finizi biliyor. Pilotluk kariyerimdeki en ilgin\u00e7 olaylar aras\u0131nda ise Atlas Okyanusu\u2019nun \u00fczerinde Kuzey I\u015f\u0131klar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek ya da Gr\u00f6nland\u2019daki buzullar\u0131 izlemeyi sayabilirim. \u00c7ok etkileyici manzaralard\u0131 benim i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#ebebeb;color:#ebebeb\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sim\u00fclasyon u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ek u\u00e7u\u015flar birbirine benzer deneyimler mi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k u\u00e7aklar\u0131 ile u\u00e7u\u015f sim\u00fclat\u00f6rleri birbirine \u00e7ok benziyor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tabii ki yer hissini, \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu derinlik hissini ger\u00e7ek u\u00e7aklarda \u00e7ok daha iyi ya\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. Ancak geri kalan t\u00fcm prosed\u00fcrler birbirine %100\u2019e yak\u0131n oranda benziyor diyebilirim. Bir de hava yolu e\u011fitimlerinde u\u00e7u\u015f sim\u00fclat\u00f6rlerinde de e\u011fitim al\u0131yoruz fakat u\u00e7u\u015f okulundaki ilk yaln\u0131z u\u00e7u\u015funuz i\u00e7in sim\u00fclat\u00f6rde bir e\u011fitim alm\u0131yorsunuz. Ger\u00e7ek u\u00e7akta hocan\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131na oturup s\u0131f\u0131rdan \u00f6\u011freniyorsunuz. Sonu\u00e7 olarak 14 dersi verebilmek i\u00e7in 6 ayl\u0131k bir s\u00fcre gayet makul. Ge\u00e7me notu ise 100 tam puan \u00fczerinden 75\u2019tir. Birimiz&nbsp; PF (pilot flying) di\u011fer pilot da PM (pilot monitoring) oluyor. U\u00e7a\u011fa oturdu\u011funuz andan itibaren ayr\u0131ca sorumlu kaptan pilotun ve ikinci pilotun yapmas\u0131 gereken g\u00f6revler de mevcut. Bunlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 da yaz\u0131l\u0131 kurallar olarak bellidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Ankara\u2019ya gidi\u015fte ben PF oluyorsam u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ini\u015f ve kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131nda aktif u\u00e7an pilot olmak, d\u00fcz u\u00e7u\u015fta otopilota gereken parametreleri girmek vb. PF g\u00f6revlerini yapmam gerekiyor. PM ise u\u00e7u\u015f boyunca hava trafik \u00fcniteleriyle konu\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmak, PF\u2019 in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 u\u00e7u\u015fu etkileyen t\u00fcm girdileri kontrol etmek vb. g\u00f6revlere sahiptir. T\u00fcm bu rutinlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir karar al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finde o sorumluluk kaptan pilottad\u0131r. Mesela u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n planlanm\u0131\u015f havaliman\u0131na herhangi bir nedenden dolay\u0131 inemeyip ba\u015fka bir havaliman\u0131na inmesi (divert) karar\u0131 kaptan pilota aittir.
