Ocak ay\u0131nda uskumru, l\u00fcfer, palamut ve istavrit en ya\u011fl\u0131 ve nefis halleriyle sofralarda yerlerini al\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle l\u00fcfer ve palamut, so\u011fuk denizlerde iyice beslenip ya\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan tam bir lezzet \u015f\u00f6leni sunuyor.
