Bu romantik hik\u00e2ye, genellikle sosyal medyada canlansa da, Tan Morg\u00fcl gibi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n belirtti\u011fi \u00fczere tarihsel ger\u00e7eklerle uyu\u015fmayan bir \u015fehir efsanesi. Tarih boyunca Karadeniz\u2019in tuzlu bal\u0131k i\u015fleme bilgisini ta\u015f\u0131yan kentlerden biri olan Sinop, bug\u00fcn bu miras\u0131 yaln\u0131zca sofralarda de\u011fil, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkinliklerle de ya\u015fat\u0131yor. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana her kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen Sinop Lakerda Festivali, kentin 3 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015fini yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Festivalin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131, antik d\u00f6nemlerden beri lakerda yap\u0131m\u0131na ev sahipli\u011fi yapan bu k\u0131y\u0131 kentinde, hem geleneksel bal\u0131k i\u015fleme tekniklerini korumak hem de yerel \u00fcreticileri desteklemek. Sinop K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Derne\u011fi\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve Sinop Belediyesi ile Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen festival; lakerda yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, geleneksel yap\u0131m at\u00f6lyeleri, bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k tarihi sergileri, s\u00f6yle\u015filer ve konserlerle zenginle\u015ferek \u00e2deta bir lezzet ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u015f\u00f6lenine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
