Türkiye is undoubtedly a paradise for summer holidays and its Mediterranean coast is the country’s summertime capital, featuring kilometers of long sandy beaches overlooking turquoise waters.

İzmir’s fascinating beaches

One of Türkiye’s largest metropolises, İzmir is known as the pearl of the Aegean Sea. The city’s advantageous location has hosted settlements for millennia, including but not limited to the Ionians, Romans, Persians and Ottomans. From the seaside: A 5-day Aegean route

The summer of 2024 might just be the perfect time for a whirlwind tour of the Aegean coast.
We started the route with an exploration of the history, nature and cuisine of Assos, a summer destination preferred by many – the next stop is the Kaz Mountains. After revitalizing in the peaceful Kazdağı National Park, we visit Ayvalık, with its historical houses and streets, wonderful views, and cycling and walking routes. The next day, we head to Izmir to discover its famed street food, as well as its beaches, bays, and ancient cities.
The last day of the tour is reserved for Bodrum, the capital of purple flowers.
